[OS X TeX] embedding fonts

Dear all,

I am using TexShep with pdfeTeX, Version 3.141592-1.30.4-2.2 (Web2C  
7.5.5) under 10.4.8.

How do I tell it to embed all the fonts in PDF?

I vaguely remember, when I installed pdftex, there was an option  
during the installation. How do I change it now?
