[OS X TeX] metapost, metapost and eps

I use metapost to produce figures for my papers.
My collaborators use windows machines, do not seem
to have metapost available, and therefore produce
inferior versions of my pictures. What should I tell them
to tell their system administrators so that metapost can be
installed on their systems?

Alternately, can I produce .eps versions of my metapost
figures that could be used by my colleagues?
