[OS X TeX] MacTeX - a few questions

Well, now. But this is only a temporary solution. Then with new updates, 
or something like that, we will get again this wrong setting. The question 
is why? Apparently, it happened automatically, i.e. by the Installation 
and Updating, + due to something on our machines. Because other people get 
it right.
