[OS X TeX] Installed TeXLiveMTS-2007; can't find .sty files

I just installed the MacTeXAdditions and TeXLiveMTS-2007 packages  
from www.tug.org/~koch/NewPackages.html, and it can't seem to find  
any of the .sty files.

The TeXShop Engine path was already set to /usr/texbin, and I don't  
know what else to change.

Obviously I am not a very knowledgeable user, but appreciate any help.

I had previously installed MacTeX2006 from the TUG website with no  
problems...probably should have reinstalled that (just got new  
computer).
