[OS X TeX] Named Theorem

Well, you didn't write explicitely what exactly you want, so I'll  
have to guess ... ;-)

The typesetting of the optional parameter is controlled using  
\thm at notefont.  \thm at notefont{\bfseries}, given before defining your  
environment(s) using \newtheorem, should make it come out in bold.   
Don't forget to enclose the \thm at notefont part in \makeatletter... 
\makeatother, if used outside of a class or package file.
