\Css{*{font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;}}

since this sets characteristics for all document fonts (*) starting  
with Arial or Helvetica (most common) or the next available sans- 
serif selection. I would wonder otherwise whether the {body{...}}  
option might miss text that the {*{...}} option would not (though  
correspondingly, I cannot immediately think of a case where they  
would not be equivalent).
