It seems to me a good idea to have (la)tex + dvipdfm option included 
directly under TeXShop --> Typeset, but also keeping (la)tex + dvips + ps2pdf,
along with pdftex (pdflatex). Respectively, this to be reflected in Emacs, 
too.
