[OS X TeX] LastPage Reference

Thanks to the enlightening discussion by Roussanka and Herb. However,
it does not solve my problem and I assume the reason is that I am not
using the latest version 2.10Beta. I am still at 2.09 using teTeX with
I-installer. I run Roussanka's modification with the switches  several
times to get the required passes and I still get an error. When I find
the time and courage and understand all the implications of the new
versions (not having duplicates, access to my templates and macros,
style files I have installed manually), I will upgrade to the latest
version. If anyone cares to look at the log file for a possible fix, I
have pasted the console log:
