[OS X TeX] warnings of i-Installer about upated i-Packages

Hi,

It seems I'm doing inappropriately something with i-Installer and its 
ability to warn about Updates: Hope for help to get my copy of i-Installer 
properly working:

1. I start up i-Installer
2. I confirm Accept to the Unsupported software alert.
3. I confirm Dismiss to the i-Installer Start-up alert (Version 2.88).

i-Installer doesn't alert me for the newest updates, which worries me, 
because there
is some update:

4. i-Installer -> i-Package -> Open Updated i-Packages
5. I click [Now] in the Warning:Might be slow! alert. 6. All i-Packages 
files in your
local default save directory have been checked. [OK]

But the FontForge has been updated:

- I somehow think that I got it installed in one or other way at some 
point of time.
- I really do not see anything called FontForge inside 
~/Documents/i-Packages/.

So, I just did:

7. i-Installer -> i-Package -> Known Packages i-Directory...

I selected FontForge -> [Open i-Package] -> [Pkg Properties]

I see that I do have it (somewhere):

Installed: Different: 2006/10/29 23:59:25

I just clicked [Install].

I am now worried: why I did not get the Update warning? It seems to me 
that the
receipt is at some hidden to i-Installer.

Just in case, I'm including below  what I've noticed now in the Terminal 
where I checked what I have:

Before the enforced by me Install:
