[OS X TeX] warnings of i-Installer about upated i-Packages

The i-Package (pfaedit.ii2) may not have been available in ~/ 
Documents/i-Packages before you opened, but the install receipt may  
have been available in /Library/i-Installer/Receipts

pfaedit.ii2 is the FontForge i-Package (FontForge used to be called  
PFAedit).
