[OS X TeX] Updated MacTeXtras.dmg

Howdy,

The MacTeXtras.dmg file has been updated at CTAN but will take a day  
or two to propagate to all the servers. It should have the latest  
released versions of the supplied software. Too see what's available  
(again, wait a day or two) look near the bottom of the page at  
<http://tug.org/mactex/>.

Since I don't use most of the software provided there on a daily  
basis (I tend to use TeXShop, CocoAspell, BibDesk and LaTeXiT for the  
things I do) I'd appreciate it if users of other software would check  
to see the the versions and let me know of released updates.

I'm also open to suggestions for software to add to the release as  
space allows. Just bring the subject up here.
