We have one report of a BibDesk problem on Leopard, but the poster didn't give any useful information.  I don't have the GM build of Leopard, so I can't test it myself.  Apple made a bunch of changes to document types that play havoc with BibDesk's usage of UTIs, but I tried to fix most of those a few months ago.  TeX itself works fine on Leopard.
