[OS X TeX] wrapfig.sty

The files haven't changed, so it must indeed be something you did in  
your pre-amble.

To me it seems that these are the packages that may be conflicting.
- Try loading them in a different order.
- Try to keep all \usepackage statements together, without  
\captionsetup in between.
