[OS X TeX] Font problem on printing

What font(s) is he using? Are those fonts embedded in the PDF? You  
can, I believe, check that in Adobe Reader (whatever feelings you  
might otherwise have about that particular piece of software).

Has he tried to use a different font to see if the problem persists?  
Is XeTeX an option?
