Hi Gerrit,
Thanks for the reply. Since the file could be printed fine using my
laptop, and the only difference in the setup is the OS version (his
10.5.x vs my 10.4.11), I am suspecting this is an OS problem, which is
supported by some findings from the internet (URLs in the previous
message).
