It has a dark selection highlight color. I agree that it's a bit
confusing, but it should be a standard control.

I use the same control, different style. The rounded blue segmented
control looks weird in this case, next to the toolbar, so I'm using a
different style. You can play with different styles in IB for an
NSSegmentedControl and see what they look like...

Yeah, but the standard NSTabView doesn't work well if you want to
extend your content to the right/left edge of the window. In
addition, I just don't like the look of the bezel ("indented area"),
especially around a tableview :).

Thanks for the feedback. I'll keep this in mind; nothing's really set
