Yes, but I downloaded (on 16 Jan) the development release texlive-2007-dev.dmg of
MacTeX/TeXLive-2007, from
<http://www.tug.org/mactex/morepackages.html>.
It should be complete as is the official release of MacTeX-2007 from
<http://tug.org/mactex/>.
Bruno just replied that his download is the texlive-2007-dev.dmg and
encountered the omission of everyshi.sty in his download.
As soon as I get the everyshi.sty I'll try your template.
