Howdy,

It's all part of the ms package on CTAN. I ran into this with pdfpages  
a while ago too. Also using the MacTeX 2007 dev packaging.

Hey Bruno, that's two things that need to be brought up to the `powers  
that be' in short order (the fink package bug is the other). :-)
