[OS X TeX] Imposing Latex on authors of articles

Some time back someone asked about legacy MacWrite II files. I meant to reply
sooner, but you know how it is...
Anyway, if you have old MacWrite files have you tried importing them into
Nisus Writer (Express or Pro)? From memory I vaguely recall that this used to
be able to open them.
