[OS X TeX] Magnum Opus, Strike One

Nevertheless, I feel I MUST announce here that a first piece of the  
magnum opus has found its way online, at FreeMathTexts.org, and the  
reason I MUST is that, simply, without this list, it would have never  
even gotten off the ground.

On the acknowledgments page there, I mention by name many of, but far  
from all, those who have made it possible and so I will not repeat  
the list here but I will reiterate my immense gratitude to all: the  
magnum opus is something I really wanted to do, my swan thing if you  
will (I can't sing), and, even though it is still somewhat far from  
being completed, I can begin to see the light at the end of the  
tunnel (Of course it could be just the light of an oncoming train.)

Last, but not least, you might not wish to see your name there in  
which case I will change things as you wish.
