It is just the standard output of the commands it runs, the same as you 
would see if you ran the commands by hand in a Terminal window. There 
doesn't need to be a file to store this. Even for "pure" tex or latex 
output you may notice that the output in TeXShop's console window is not 
the same (much less detail) than what is written into the log file.
