Howdy,

Is it in ~/Library/texmf/pdftex/logos/? Notice the capitalization.

The only place I notice logos in TeX Live is .../tex/latex/... so I'd  
take the logos folder and put it into ~/Library/texmf/tex/latex/,  
where ~ is your HOME directory.
