[OS X TeX] corrupted tex file

That looks suspiciously like postscript code, which makes me think you
somehow replaced your .tex input file with your .ps output, from some
transformation.
Perhaps by using 'pdfnup einfuehrung.beamer.tex einfuehrung.beamer.tex'?
Hopefully you have another copy of the introduction somewhere?
As far as recovering the data, that seems impossible at this point,
depending upon which editor your are using, and whether or not your
have closed the editor.
