[OS X TeX] line spacing wrong on last subsubsection

Not providing enough information for us to help 
you :-). Can you give the smallest source 
document that causes the problem (and also 
describe what you mean by "line spacing of the 
last subsection is smaller")? For example, does 
the following show the problem:

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{lipsum}
\begin{document}
\section{Foo}
\lipsum[1]
\subsection{SubFoo}
\lipsum[1]
\end{document}
