[OS X TeX] TexShop suddenly can't find pdflatex.fmt (even though it's there)

What is your $PATH? What is the result of

which pdflatex

run in Terminal?

What are the Path Setting under TeXShop->Preferences->Typesetting?

Have you changed anything recently?
