[OS X TeX] your wiki needs you?

1) Indeed, like you, I needed to write mathematics. Moreover, I  
needed something that would satisfy the FreeDocLic. But I really got  
to be very fond of LaTeX even if, like your son, I often yell at LaTeX.

2) Looking at Apples' "New in Pages '08", I see things such as "The  
new context-sensitive Format Bar always puts the most logical tools  
within easy reach." and "Pages recognizes when you’re typing a list  
and formats it for you on the fly." If that kind of power could be  
used on top of LaTeX, something like what I described a bit earlier  
could be rather nice.

3) On the other hand, when—very, very rarely—I use MS Office X, I  
yell even louder when it tries to do things for me as it mostly turns  
out that I know what I want and Word is just guessing wrong.
