Thank you very much! Now I only find the following differences:

bibexport alias, in 32-bit (universal) directory, but missing in 64-bit distro,

getnonfreefonts     and
getnonfreefonts-sys aliases, in 64-bit distro, but no longer needed, as the original scripts are no longer in the present TeXLive distributions.
