[OS X TeX] [ANN] updated DVI Spotlight importer

After someone pointed out that my Spotlight importer for DVI files was  
PowerPC only, I finally updated it.  It looks like the last time I  
posted a new version was May 2005, so it's certainly due for some  
changes.

This is a complete rewrite, and no longer spawns dvi2tty as a separate  
task, but uses it as a library.  As a result, it is much faster, but  
there are certainly still bugs either in my changes and/or the  
original dvi2tty code.

Please let me know of any crashes or other odd behavior, and send me  
any problematic DVI files off-list.  If it turns out to be stable  
enough, I'll probably bundle it with TeX Live Utility for easier  
distribution.
