[OS X TeX] Adding menu item and shortcut to TeXShop

Thanks for the tip. I do include that line in the source document, but
when I "cmd-shift-B" to invoke BibTeX, cmd-t reruns BibTeX and I have
to manually reset it to XeLaTeX again.
