[OS X TeX] BibTex with MacTeX

Howdy,
Personal bst files should go into ~/Library/texmf/bibtex/bst/ while
bib files go into ~/Library/texmf/bibtex/bib/. DON'T put them into the
corresponding subfolders of the distribution (i.e., the texmf-dist
branch) since that data will get thrown out if you re-install MacTeX
for one reason or another. System wide bib and bst files (available to
all users of the system) should be put in the corresponding
subdirectories of /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local/ and make sure to run
sudo texhash
after doing so.
