[OS X TeX] How to install MTPro II Fonts?

Right! Two steps might be necessary to solve the issue:

	sudo updmap-sys --disable mtpro2.map
	sudo updmap-sys --syncwithtrees

Then check with

	sudo updmap-sys --listavailablemaps | grep mtpro

whether mtpro2.map is listed. If it is then you'll need to disable it  
again, until success (updmap allows to edit the configuration for  
particularly obstinate cases). Otherwise enable it.
