[OS X TeX] How to install MTPro II Fonts?

Thanks, Peter. Unfortunately that didn't work. I think the crux of my  
problem is that mtpro2 can't make the font "mt2eft". When I try to run  
"MTPro2 LaTeX test.tex" the console quits with

(/usr/local/texlive/2008/../texmf-local/tex/latex/mtpro2/mtpro2.sty)

This is probably generated by
   line 124: \font\MTEXF@=mt2exf at \the\dimen@
in /usr/local/texlive/texmf-local/tex/latex/mtpro2/mtpro2.sty

I'm going to keep working on this problem. It doesn't look like I'm  
anywhere near a solution yet.
