[OS X TeX] JasTeX tweaked for TeXShop and bundled as an OS X application

Aloha,

I modified the application bundle so that the "lang", "help" and "images"
folders and the "configuration.properties" and "arrowhead.conf" files are
inside the bundle itself. This way the application is self-contained. The
drawback is that to edit any of the contents of those files and folders you
need, in the Finder, to right-click (control-click) on the JasTeX
application and select in the context menu "Show Package Contents", but most
folks probably do not need to access those files anyway (they can be used to
localize JasTeX... improve my pidgin translation of the French manual).
