[OS X TeX] Advise needed for transition from PC to Mac

Hi all,


A very nice aspect of working with Emacs (Aquamacs) is the excellent  
Org-Mode:

with its LaTeX capabilities.


Especially the orgtbl minor mode is extremely useful for working with  
tables:

(Of course, all depends on the dimension of your problems)


The very useful TextMate snippets have found their way into Emacs too:

And there are fascinating developments to follow, e.g the development
