[OS X TeX] LaTeXiT Services broken in Snow Leopard

Yes.  Change all of the NSTimeOut values to <string>30000</string> and  
the messages will go away.

This isn't related to any Service problems, and should just be  
ignored.  Apple would break a lot of existing applications if they  
removed that method.
