They look mostly the same. I don't think many people can tell the
difference between them, even if you put Times and Times New Roman
side by side.

Why do people still require Times New Roman anyway? There are so many
readable and beautiful fonts out there, even those C fonts which came
with Windows Vista are an huge improvement over the Times New
Roman/Courier New/Arial family. :-)
