[OS X TeX] tlmgr not getting updated by TLU

tlmgr doesn't get updated by TLU. Some error happens, but it works fine in the command line. Sessions below.
The same thing happened when I was behind a proxy, but it was only once. This non-proxy one (different machine) is recurring now.

Latest versions of everything, and I run 64-bit TeX.

Please update the package manager first, via either
  tlmgr update --self
or by getting the latest updater for Unix-ish systems:
  http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/update-tlmgr-latest.sh
and/or Windows systems:
  http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/update-tlmgr-latest.exe
Then continue with other updates.
