LuaTeX supports ttc fonts (if you haven't noticed Cambria Math is a ttc 
font)
but the fonts shipped with Snow Leopard produce either funny results (wrong
glyphs or styles) or produce a engine error. What wasn't always present is
the support for dfont files.
