[OS X TeX] Funny XeLaTeX Compile Problem with TeXShop

Howdy,

At first glance it appears that it is not being compiled with xelatex but pdflatex the second time around. I don't see a problem with this when using the internal editor. What are your Editor settings; in particular TeXShop->Preferences->Source->On Startup?
