Howdy,

Sync seems to work both ways here. Please restart TeXShop and try again when all the subsidiary files have the proper line in them. I don't even have to have the referenced subsidiary file open and when I Cmd-Click in the PDF the proper source file opens at the proper location. And, of course it also works Source->PDF.
