Ok another clue. In the LaTeXiT working folder I do have a file
called "latexit-1-2.sizes" and the contents is this, which appears
both odd and related to the error message:
0.0pt(Depth)
0.0pt(Height)
0.0pt(TotalHeight)
0.0pt(Width)
The margins in my General preferences setting is 0.0. If I change
the margins, to say 500, then I
* get different (non-zero) values is the *.sizes file
* the log implies a valid PDF is produced.
* The PDF is 1 big page, not 4 little pages.
What do you have as your margins?
-k.
