Try this, in TL2011: don't add $HOME/Boulot to texmf.cnf, but once you  
need to build an exam, for example right now, add to ~/Library/texmf a  
symbolic link to $HOME/Boulot:

	cd ~/Library/texmf
	ln -s $HOME/Boulot/Base Boulot_Base
	popd

Once done, you can remove the sym-link:

	rm ~/Library/texmf/Boulot_Base
