[OS X TeX] Graphics question

Hi All,

This is probably a very simple question for you guys, but I've been reading
a document by Keith Reckdahl about importing graphics, and I am not finding
the answer I need.

I am trying to figure out how to align a .jpg with the right hand margin of
a page, and be able to have text run beside and then underneath it.

Is this possible in LaTeX? Can anyone offer any advice?
