Herb,

Where is FixMacTeX201x.pkg? Does this fix problems of this sort in all versions of MacTeX? I'll probably be doing a migration myself within the coming year, and I understand that sometimes it does not work completely correctly, so it would be nice to have a simple tool to fix the problems.
