[OS X TeX] En-us-Wikipedia complaint

Hello All,

The following is at least disturbing behaviour but perhaps is not a bug! Anyway . . .

Working with TeXShop 3.26 and Mavericks 10.9 and the 2013 version of MacTex.

On opening a source file created using TeXShop 2.47 (???) and Snow Leopard 10.6.8 using the 2012 version of MacTeX, I get the following error message on the console (between the hashed lines)
-----------
! LaTeX Error: File `../../../Downloads/En-us-Wikipedia.ogg' not found.

Type X to quit or <RETURN> to proceed,
or enter new name. (Default extension: ogg)
—————

The above occurred after a couple of sessions wherein I was fooling around with the dictation device, call with
Edit -> Call Dictation. But the «fooling around’’ was in a different file.

I have not the faintest idea as to what file "/Downloads/En-us-Wikipedia.ogg» corresponds to nor am I aware that I downloaded such creature.

I’ve tried the «Trash Aux Files» trick but that does not help. Ignoring the complaint allows Typeset to complete, but a blank Table of Contents shows up.

OH! After many more trials, I’m finding that `sometimes’ a Table of Contents is created, then on the next Typeset it disappears, only to be created again on subsequent Typesets.

As best I can recall, the PDF file is not damaged.
