Is Dictation still turned on?
I'm wonder if the folder you are working in is 3 deep from your HOME folder so ../../.. is your HOME folder and ../../../Downloads is the Downloads folder in your Home folder.
Have to admit I've never used/trusted ANY dictation device on any system. Does that extra download stop the need to transmit your voice commands to Apple for interpretation? Scares the hell out of me.
Are you sure that you don't have some sort of included file in that document?
