Howdy,

First, please remove ~/Library/texlive/2014.

Second, please try to run

luaotfload-tool -u -f

in Terminal. Do NOT use `sudo` since it is doing it's work in places you own.

Assuming that it works fine you can try to typeset using lua(la)tex.
