[OS X TeX] TeXShop 3.84: how make Color Index permanent

The correct command is

	defaults write TeXShop IndexColorStart YES

Murray found this default written with an uncapitalized small letter in a pipermail archive, but it is correctly capitalized in the TeXShop Help Panel, "What is new" and "Basic: Miscellaneous."
