Murry,

No, I don't mean that document. Go to TeXShop Help Panel, and open "What's New" and you find a very long document of release notes covering all of the 3.00 releases. It starts with "TeXShop Changes 3.78 - 3.80" and about half way down in the discussion of this release, it says "In addition to these changes, a small number of users ran into issues running on macOS Sierra."

The notes go on to list two bugs due to Apple with workarounds, and an additional problem with Dropbox, with a workaround.
About a page of notes are devoted to these problems.

If users aren't reading these release notes (which are also available in Sparkle during updates), they are missing key features. For example, TeXShop has a new engine called "filltex" in the Inactive section of Engines which can automatically create bibliographies by scraping web sites if the user has appropriate cite entires. David Gerosa contributed this engine, and I am surprised that nobody has praised it.

The Apple Help system is a little flaky, and sometimes updates to the English help don't appear in the user's help for a while. But Help is just a set of HTML files, so users with this problem can open up the TeXShop bundle and look for the help in the English localization. Every time I release TeXShop, I update "What's New" in the English Help.
