[OS X TeX] TeXShop "Show Help for Package" not working?

Incidentally, I suspect that a sequence of actions can lead to the dialog becoming non-responsive.
If someone can determine what that sequence is, I'd greatly appreciate it. Determining this sequence
is often the hardest step, but it is required before I can attempt a fix.
